I was on tiktok earlier this year and heard a teacher bemoaning the lack of cute fonts that include lowercase “a” the way we teach students to write it in elementary school. Font-lover that I am found myself immediately spending more time than I care to admit scouring all of the google fonts that would meet the requirements of adorable AND having a lowercase “a” without the extra line on top. I found over FORTY google fonts that feature the letter “a” how we WRITE it (without the extra line on top) – that I curated for CUTENESS!!!! I am so excited to share them with you!
YAY for being able to use a font that is cute AND model for students! Above you see the titles of most of the fonts I found, but it is hard to decide if they are great with just a title. Click through the presentation below to see even more fonts and each font will have a little more text written in the font so you can get a feel for your favorites. Also, the presentation below will show you how to add these fonts to your google slides and docs accounts!
